Strikes a memory for sure but not easy listening. first 3 albums were good, piles of overated after that. I was just reminded of the Doors after that, music to slit your wrists by. Aren't you a Charming Man? You can still appreciate good music regardless of age. True. I just hadn't realised the Smiths popularity had survived with time. I'm out of touch. They're probably more popular now than they ever were... I'm 19 and have them on vinyl f***ing hipster. But yeah, our age group are lapping them up at the moment, not really my thing tbh but my friends think they are a religion. Agree with you on Radiohead, the only truly great songs they did were Street Spirit, Karma Police and Creep. The rest I can pretty much take or leave.
