toonarmy Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Looks like what happened is that a lot of people that would have voted Chicago eventually just voted Madrid in the first round to appease the emotional Samaranch, planning on then voting Chicago later, thus all of them gasping when Chicago was eliminated, not realizing a lot of people did the same thing.
