Yorkie
The other four things all come under 'Roeder', so Roeder.

Leazes1986
Biggest problem is no goalscorers. Formation isn't a problem. Confidence and selection is a problem which is down to Roeder. Ability is down to the players.

Guest kellie19
Voted roeder. He's the one making the decisions like formation, selection etc.
Yorkie
Roeder can improve players ability? Erm... yeah? :? Prime example: N'Zogbia. Has an unbelievable season last season, now needs a good manager and coach to bring him on, and bump him to the next level of playing ability. He can't do it all by himself because he is a young man. Milner is another example. And Taylor. And Ramage. And Martins, etc. Look at Arsene Wenger - the 18-year-olds he has in his squad will all develop into brilliant players. Just like Taylor and Ramage and Zoggy would do under him, because he is a brilliant coach. Roeder's a bad manager, so our players won't improve very much under him. Cajun
Roeder can improve players ability? Summer transfer window mean anything?
Guest Invicta_Toon
Roeder can improve players ability? Summer transfer window mean anything? no way is Roeder in control of who comes and goes, we all know who is behind that
Yorkie
/ Roeder picks the players he wants to buy. / Shepherd tries to sign them. Both of them are equally crap at each job.
Martin Lol
Roeder may not directly influence a players ability but coaching and training should have an effect on how that ability is used.
stozo
Cpnfidence. You saw in the last 5 minutes how good we were when we had confidence.

Guest Invicta_Toon
do people honestly think if we had Owen and Shearer we would be flying right now?
Dr. Nguyen Van Falk
Personally feel we should try and bring in a skill coach like spurs have, would do wonders with the likes of Emre, Parker, Milner and the Zog.
Yorkie
do people honestly think if we had Owen and Shearer we would be flying right now? We'd be doing better than we are now.
Mick
do people honestly think if we had Owen and Shearer we would be flying right now? I honestly think we wouldn't be bottom three, probably above middle but below European qualification.
stozo
do people honestly think if we had Owen and Shearer we would be flying right now? Not Shearer just Owen. I could see us atleast mid-table if we had Owen.
Leazes1986
If we had Shearer and Owen i think we would be a lot higher. We haven't played bad in some games, but for all the possesion we've had we haven't done anything with the ball, and in some games we've missed far too many chances. Guest Grimbo
Controlling (trapping) a ball... How many times have you seen a toon player control a ball passed to him at pace. Usually they bounce 2 yards off them. Saw it over and over today.
