You don't think refs change how they enforce rules depending on competition? Presumably the refereeing in the Champions League is identical to the PL? The refereeing is different on the CL as the majority of refs aren't English. Of course, it could be that Webby has been told to take a strong approach on high feet, but I doubt it. Started as a striker, him and Cesc used to come back from games with about 5 each, each game apparently. Very good going forward. Aah that makes sense then.
