Would probably have left City exposed at the back though, with one less defensive midfielder. Aye, but taking one extra man off your lot in the process... Emmanual, or even Jo, would have made this decent. Can't see Silva and Tevez starting too many games together, both want to do the same role of dropping into the hole, which is leaving no one up front.
