I have to admit here that I am quite a serious pub quiz player here in Finland, so I am trying to reason this one:

 

A- This must be around 2000?

B- Have they been counting assists already at the start of EPL? I remember it started later and 3 assist is a lot.

C- This has to be 90s Shearer or Sheringham or someone like that

D- Would guess somewhere during their Abramovich era ? 2002-3?

B - I guess they have been yep.

C - Around that time yep, but not those players.

D - Incorrect.

So my new guess is B-C-E-D-A

Chelsea one is giving me a headache. Surely the way you are asking it means they were the first, and Arsenal certainly did it with Wenger at the start of 2000s.
