Crumpy Gunt
Im slightly drunk and slightly mad i cant quote on my phone. but im slightly upset that some people seem to think hesa completely clueless guy who will stroll around and pick up his paycheck. even if his touch isnt always silky and the finishing will leave a lot to be desired for he will always chase and fight for EVERY ball.i just hope u dont completely judge him before he plays becouse i really think he'll win people over. I'm embarrassed that NUFC have been forced to stoop this low.
TRon
While on paper it is a joke signing which is embarrassing at best, on the pitch I can see how it could work. As an impact sub he might prove useful, it will at least offer some options on the bench.

TRon
Can't see him scoring but he might barge around in the penalty area and cause enough confusion for Nolan to poke home a loose ball.

I'm embarrassed that NUFC have been forced to stoop this low. Signing a player who has had moderate success in the PL and Championship over the last 6 or 7 years on a short-term deal as cover? I'm sure we could stoop a lot lower than that. If we signed Trevor Benjamin then I'd appreciate your concerns.

Many seem happy with it, so why worry..!??
AyeDubbleYoo
He looks trimmer than I expected in the training photos. Me too, he's anorexic compared to what Sol Campbell looked like when he arrived.

TRon
Kuqi to belly flop on the bench. Because that would mean Best or Ranger had done the business so he wouldn't get on the pitch.

DanK13
He seems really happy to be here, give him a chance u never know he may do a decent job, when Andy Carroll first came onto the scene a bet there wasnt one person who thought he go on to be the most expensive ever british player, things change in football, good luck to him I say
AyeDubbleYoo
That fact he doesn't look like an absolute fat beast makes me more hopeful that this will turn out to be an OK stopgap signing. If he's fit and ready to work hard then that's half the battle for a short-term loan signing.

I always think the best way to take on big strong centre backs is with pace and movement. I'd like to see how big and strong Samba would look against Tevez or Bellamy. Beezeri
Hilarious! He could be the new Siberski. Kuqi probably sees this as his greatest opportunity/experience in his career and for that reason he will work his socks off. He will be proud as hell when pull on the famous jersey. And for that reason, combined with the fact that he's almost free, I welcome him. We've had enough players that couldn't care less about the club. Kuqi is not one of them. He always does...I love his attitude and you'll never see him jogging around the pitch looking totally disinterested a la Shola style! He's a model professional indeed and it will be shown. Someone mentioned that the club have never ever done a signing like this...hmmm what was Sibierski then? Exactly like this one!
womblemaster
`Someone mentioned that the club have never ever done a signing like this` i think they mean an emergency desperation signing.....scraping the bottomn of the barrel and coming up with a monster, and a handful of cookie crumbs!
