We spend about £2.5m on the place about 4 years ago i think I honestly though our training facilities were top notch. I seem to remember a massive update not long ago, and when you hear people speak they always talk highly of the facilities. Not sure this should be a priority - day by day it sounds more likely that Ian W works for the club! It failed to meet the Cat A grade for top clubs so we are chucking more money at it. Like you say its all been updated and was supposed to be top notch, wasting money because its badly thought out.
