They've been calling for his sacking for a while now.

Its 50/50 from the fans I know but more are turning game by game now.

Sunderland's starting XI: Mignolet, Bardsley, Rose, O'Shea, Bramble, N'Diaye, Gardner, McClean, Johnson, Sessegnon, Graham

Manchester United's team: De Gea, Rafael, Buttner, Smalling, Vidic, Carrick, Valencia, Anderson, Young, Kagawa, Van Persie

The Times has them down for relegation in their predictions today. I'd rather they survive by a whisker mind.

Nah, let them go. I want to see what happens to them in the summer if they go down.

Them getting relegated would be devastating for them. I can't see them coming back up. They'd lose Mignolet, Sessegnon, Graham, Fletcher and Johnson. They'd struggle to shift Brown, O'Shea and the other hasbeens on huge contracts.

Nice comment from Phil Thompson there.

"Sunderlands defending is so bad, you can't even tell if it's zonal or man marking".

So a Geordie up front, and a Newcastle fan on the wing to supply him, with a Ginger Geordie in midfield.

And a centre-back they ridiculed for 5 years when he was here.
