Sure they played the cup final at Parkhead. no reason they couldn't use Celtics or Rangers stadium then surely. Ireland have played at Fulham too (in fact playing vs italy soon enough iirc) so Scotland probably got some deal and a fair wedge to play there like I assume Ireland did.
