The great mystery of football in general, for me, is why there aren't enough players in the world to make every top team basically world class throughout. Guess sport doesn't work like that. Had a good year there, was liked, slower pace might have gave him an extra couple if years at the top there but no, the Premier League wages was clearly more important to him.
