Same way most FIFA presidents get elected, keeping the smaller voting federations sweet. He’s massively increased FIFAs revenues and a lot of that money is shared around those federations.

He’s really good for people who have a vote. FIFA income has ballooned during his reign and the money that goes to every federation has grown a lot. They don’t want him replaced.
