Would you class them as Newcastle music, Johnson maybe but Sting couldn't wait to fuck off.

 

Its not like we had a Liverpool or Manchester scene even if we put together.

Sting put some years performing around the area before moving to London. I don't look at a city's music screen though, but then again the Beatles, Oasis or the Stone Roses are groups I wouldn't cross the road to see. Neither would I with Sam Fender either or AC/DC

I’ve seen Little Comets a couple times, I know they’re Shields but all Newcastle fans from memory.
