Strange system and like you say a lot worse than ours when on the receiving end of being unsuccessful.

Yeah, which is fair enough really. It’s no good people hogging ST’s and leaving seats empty on a regular basis, when there’s massive demand for them. Guy sitting near my dad's ST missed a few games last season and he said he just couldn't be arsed transferring the ticket , the seat went to waste
mattypnufc
I thought that ST holders were getting quizzed if they missed (or transferred) 10 games or more?

Once you’ve done it the first time, it takes 30 seconds to transfer it. Even if you’ve got no mates, just sell it back to the club. Takes 2 mins to get 30-40 quid back. Pure laziness not to do it. I read of people who it happened to. One kid had his taken away (tbf he seemed like a complete knacker, so it was hard to make head nor tail of the story he was telling). Failure to do so means we'd lose the right ro renew it for the following season. Actually just received this email this morning; No-show policy & resale The Philips Stadium is sold out almost every game, but because season ticket holders do not always come - a so-called no-show - there are often still empty seats. To limit this, the no-show arrangement will apply from the start of the 24/25 season; As of the new season, season ticket holders are expected to have their seats occupied for at least 14 of the 17 Eredivisie matches or to be offered through resale. Can't you attend a match yourself? Then lend your card to a fellow PSV supporter or offer your card in the resale so that your seat is still occupied. Together we support PSV 100%! Wonder if it's something NUFC will look at doing in the future.

Believe you can't transfer more than 10. Haven't heard anything about response to people missing games.

It makes no difference to you whether the seats empty if you’re not there. Press a few buttons on your phone and you’re quids in. Probably just an education thing. ‘Too much hassle’ mindset.
