Possible that nobody really knows how to fix it. Said it loads of times that they should’ve binned the website off immediately after the takeover. But I guess customer experience doesn’t have the board level influence it should and/or there’s no financial case for it since every ticket sells anyway. Disappointing that they don’t value the experience of fans or they don’t have the expertise to get this stuff right. It’s mad that nobody said, “hold on, how can that be the member sale date when we haven’t sold any memberships yet?” TBF it’s not easy to inherit an ancient system like this. Specifically says to log in and go to memberships and you can select the membership you want. Of course I log in, go to memberships and it still says coming soon. The first time I clicked the link it took me to the log in page, once logged in and on the 'welcome' page of my account there's not a single way of getting there.
