The Europeometer™ (2024/25) - NUFC Qualify for Conference League (at least)

???????

69 points for City would get them CL guaranteed. If they win today they will have 68 points.  Meaning they will need a draw to secure CL.

It’s all going down to the last game regardless.

We would need to win vs Everton to have any chance of going above City if they win today. If we beat Everton we get top 5 regardless. If they win today, their result vs Fulham will never affect whether or not we get top 5. That's all.

Edit: someone already answered.

I don't know why I keep reading this thread.

Kill Everton = Qualify for CL

Other permutations are a distraction.

I mean people talk about Fulhams motivation for the last game etc. Just pointing out that it doesn't matter for us in terms of top 5 anyways if Man City win today. We bring up small details every day all year on this forum. In most threads.

I kind of get your point, but I'm not sure why you react to this specifically when it happens all the time. In a forum people will talk about everything.

Just think, you could be two games away from losing the final and finishing 17th in the Premier League.

Fingers crossed!

Yeah, feel sick.

You are right and you are just talking about the permutations.

I've long looked at it like we needed to beat those few teams, maybe pickup a draw somewhere on the road which we did and we qualify for the CL. Needing to win against Everton to secure it. I feel like everything has gone to plan so far and we need to only focus on the one thing.

The only thing that hasn't gone to plan is we've picked up more injuries than expected. Getting Trippier and Isak back would be brilliant.

It's true that your predictions have been spot on so far in terms of what games are the most difficult ones to get the points from. Although Arsenal were a bit lucky, that one was allways going to be tough. Especially when Rice was starting. Not sure we would have beaten Chelsea 11 vs 11 tbh, but hard to say as our tactic could have been different.
