Definitely think Dortmund is the most attractive out of the 3 for travelling without a ticket. Don't think the Italians, specifically their police will be too accommodating towards ticketless fans, and Paris could potentially be worse again. Ended up in some cafe where they said they'd serve us if we bought food, so antipasto allowed us beers. They even hid us upstairs, Anne Frank style, us in silence, when the local cops done a check. Luckily a helpful local directed us to his mates bar which was a bit out of the way and we sat and drank in there all afternoon until it was time to head to the meeting point for the buses to take us to the stadium.
