Joelinton getting older, Sandro has the speed and stamina to cover the left side like big Joe, I think he could get us some goals has a great shot on him and is a clever player. Feel like the flaws he has at DM would be hidden 

 

I remember when he first signed be played there and wasn't good, everyone including me was happy he was moved to DM. But think he needed an adjustment period + he knew he was going to get banned

Aye, have thought this for a while.

 

Think he can do pretty much everything Joelinton does in that role, and add more quality on the ball to it. Feels a waste of what an absolute engine he has on him not using him more box to box.

Just feels to me like we only sign Camara if Tonali goes. Otherwise we have far more important positions to fill before midfield, and I doubt we have the cash for all of them. 

 

I think we would let Tonali go, but at this point I'm not sure any team will pay us enough money to persuade us to sell.

If a player thinks he should be playing at a top club (or Michael Carrick’s Man U) but none of them will pay top money for them, then that should tell them something. He needs a much better season next year assuming he’s still here.

Yep, he’ll need to step up on 0 goals and 2 assists as well.

It feels like it is more his agent pushing for a move than Tonali himself - though Tonali has been open that he'd consider any offers.  We clearly have learnt from last season though and have targets lined up should he go.  Ideal scenario for me is he stays and Willock goes and we replace him with Camara.  That'd be some midfield with Ramsey. Joe and Bruno.

My only concern is that if he really is wanting to go, I would rather get it done early and get his replacement in while they are available. Whether that's Lamine Camara or anybody else. I don't want to have him here most of the window, then sell him later down the line to find our preferred options have gone elsewhere.
