Ben Jacob’s and others reporting he’s agreed terms but Man U yet to trigger his clause. Probably made his decision but it would be nice if we could snatch him under their noses.

Squad needs a reset and would happily cash in on Barnes/Gordon, Longstaff and Willock this summer to raise additional funds if needed.

 

Major opportunity with CL football to make the next step and think revolution rather than evolution is needed this summer.

 

The midfield and wide forward areas are a major concern, real lack of quality in the final third that’s going to take big money to address.

Yes agreed. 


You don't want to change too much, and potentially lose the culture but the squad refresh is long overdue. 

Dubravka, Ruddy, Oddy can go (keep Pope)
Trippier may go, perhaps Lascelles will too. Targett too. 
Willock and Longstaff can go, for sure. 
One of Gordon or Barnes can go. 
Wilson can go. 

That's 10 players from the first team squad. Probably too many to change in one summer, especially when more depth is required. 

1 of Joan Garcia/Trafford + 1 of Krul/Woodman/Forster is potentially the GK situation.

Who knows the other replacements. 
We do need world class talent at RCB and RW so we at least have a very strong first choice XI.
