NUFC Transfer Rumours

Man City have gotten around this, presumably with a combination of walking away immediately if games are played, and they definitely have good relationships with clubs that regularly produce talent. Possibly their multiclub model helps with that, or possibly they're talking to players and players are demanding only City. 50mil for Dias, Marmoush, 35 for Cherki, 55.6 for Doku. These are all players that Manure and us would have been told 60-70mil. But City seem to be able to get reasonable results. I spose they can promise first refusal on the top prospects from U-21 they're willing to sell.

Cherki was listed for €35, the season before it was rumoured that he was available for as litle as €22,5.

Does it not also help them that by offering these players one-off, life changing, contracts it kind of gets them and their agents knocking on doors?

@Curva Sud Milano any good?

Not really...it's true he had good performances in some matches and pushes a lot on the left flank, but there are much better players in his position.

He's good in possession but without the ball and defensively he shows his limitations; he is playing as a starter because Estupinan has failed miserably.

Hall is infinitely better than him in every technical aspect but I understand that physically he is exactly the type of player that Howe likes.

True enough, endless money helps

Assan Ouédraogo linked today, although dubious source. We were interested him back in 2024 before he signed for RB Leipzig and plays in midfield, mainly in that No 8 position, however I can't see him offering the same value given his value has went from €10m to them now wanting €40m.

I do think we can write Kees Smit off from AZ as it looks like Real Madrid are pushing to sign him asap for €50m.

Sam is right about a lot of it though [emoji38]

There isn’t a single thing on there that hasn't been reported by the local press or that couldn't be implied from their recent stoies. It's just absolute guesswork from one of the smoothest brains on Twitter.

Maybe so, and he is probably an idiot, but some of those things will happen.

At the earliest opportunity por favor.

Yeah, lost faith in Tino mainly due to fitness, Gordon can fuck right off, preferably abroad.
