I mean, this guy will be one of like 10-15 signings of this nature (youth signed from abroad) by end of decade and probably 1-2 will go onto being key first team players, 1-2 squad options, 2-3 saleable assets for some profit, rest just loans and gone.

Probably say at the moment since 2022 we’re looking at: Kuol, Minteh, Pivas and Minteh is the success so far. So tracking at 33% rate, which probably is the rate you’d want come end of decade.

No mate Shola Ameobi is ruining his career.

Disgraceful really. This club loves to ruin a prospects career early on by sending them out on terrible loans. All foreign lads should be loaned out to clubs in England, and local if possible. Keep them close, have our own coaches touch base with them and make sure they settle nicely into the Country and if possible, the region.

He didn’t have the necessary work permit to go out on loan in the UK. Thanks Brexit.

The club need to establish a multi club connection so these young players are going out on loan to partnership clubs.

This is Jack Ross’ new job so hopefully it’s up and running, in some way, by the summer.

We really need to get this loan deal cancelled and get him to a club where he will play.

Have said it before in this thread but the pool of clubs who are professional & have a good standard of coaching in countries where he’d qualify for a work permit is very small.
