Terrymac1966
Osula ahead of Wilson every day...his time will come
Dr.Spaceman
If anyone thinks anything of Osula then they must have a decent pair of binoculars and a nice perch to watch our training sessions from.
Sibierski
Think he’s going to be loaned out next season. We’re going to sign a RW and ST IMO, and so he’s position in squad remains the same. And at his age, he’s going to have to be playing, especially if at worse we want to trade a deal on him. Like in championship and he scores 15 goals, we get £15m+. Oregon_Geordie
From what I've seen. Wilson is finished and should not be coming on and Osula wont make it, although, unlike Wilson, he can run around, even if he's not sure where he is running. Personally think he has more chance as a wide forward than a striker. Both are not good enough to stand in or play with Isak. But, I trust Howe and team to make the call on both, especially on Wilson, who should be offered to Ipswich as part of a Delap deal.

Not so much thinking anything of Osula, it's more that Wilson coming on effectively means we are down to 10 men, he's barely even a live body at this point. HayDen Traces
I like Osula, but not as an out and out striker. I think his longer term position is further wide or playing deeper and driving forward ala Morgan Rogers

He looks like a Championship player who played for a poor Championship team Need to move both him and Wilson on, Osula has been a waste of £10-£15m in this PSR world
andycap
It's far to quick to right a player off mind, considering the minutes he's had.

Said in the post he looked good for Chelsea if Hall. On 19/04/2025 at 23:55, andycap said: Haddaway man. He was arguably our best player against Birmingham. Said in the post your responding to he was better than okay against Birmingham so what's the arguement. Missed an open goal from the goal line, that's got to count against a bit. On 20/04/2025 at 07:26, wyn davies said: Osula looks like a donkey? so Wilson must be a thorobred, I don't think so, Osula needs to be given a good opportunity before decisions made about him, we've been this way before numerous times where lads don't do well here due to management yet improve dramatically elsewhere. Said in another thread that I'd play him ahead of Wilson every time so another instance where the aggression was not necessary. Based on all the logic thus far. which is what I'm doing, he doesn't look good enough. Based on theories and things behind the scenes and in the future none of us know - he might be. Can tell we've lost a game mind. Edited April 21 by Jonas

M1tche Posted Saturday at 15:56 Share Posted Saturday at 15:56 Based on this showing, we'll see him a lot more next season, which adds another number to the usable squad.

Nucasol Posted Saturday at 15:57 Share Posted Saturday at 15:57 Big Willy! Rather be taking the punt on him than the tinman.
Skeletor Posted Saturday at 15:57 Share Posted Saturday at 15:57 Think RW is his position like.
David Edgar Posted Saturday at 15:58 Share Posted Saturday at 15:58 He was far more controlled in his decision making today. That's the most impressive thing. He got a bit carried away, understandably, after scoring and started to do a bit too much. Although he definitely then reigned himself in. A bit of progress there. MagMal Posted Saturday at 16:00 Share Posted Saturday at 16:00 Chuffed for the lad, hopefully he will be flying next season, he is already one of my favourite players and he has done nothing so far!
andycap Posted Saturday at 16:00 Share Posted Saturday at 16:00 (edited) Big lad quick isn't afraid to use both feet when striking the ball strong as an ox, has a step over in his locker. Who'd of thought he was a better option than Wilson the dicrepit. 😂 Edited Saturday at 16:01 by andycap
Fak Posted Saturday at 16:01 Share Posted Saturday at 16:01 His best cameo yet and his two goals for us have been corkers. He'll be a lot better next season when he calms down a bit and doesn't get as excited as much.

David Edgar Posted Saturday at 16:02 Share Posted Saturday at 16:02 The step over is ridiculous. Feels like he'll kneecap any defender who dares stand close whilst it is being executed. Like a giant hanger door being swung open.
Aiston Posted Saturday at 16:02 Share Posted Saturday at 16:02 Ecstatic for him, hopefully the goal and getting involved so much gets him some more minutes from now.
