Skirge
Just stuck a few names in to choose from, plenty others it could be. I do think that the new manager should be full time and not have another job with a club team though.
Yorkie
Don't care about U21s, so Shearer - for our sakes.
Dokko
Give it to Pearson as long as he continues here. Excellent for him and for us, he'll get 1st hand knowledge on U21 players from this Country and abroad. He could take on lower league players and trial them for us, cracking opportunity. Guest Ridzuan
Pearson should be given the job as the full time coach.I dont know why but I think he looks the most suitable for the job at the moment.
Northern Monkey
Roeder, as long as it means he leaves us. I love England, but getting rid of the useless cunt wouldn't take the FA long.

Skirge
17 votes for Shearer to do the job, was my vote too. He could still do his BBc work whilst gainign a valuable insight into coaching a squad, also he would bring great apssion tot eh U21 setup. Would be great for the Yoont o see him get soeme kind of coaching experience before the inevitable happens of him coming here as manager.
Raconteur
I'm thinking the large Shearer vote might be influenced by those Toon fans who want him to get some training ground experience before Freddy installs him My vote was for Tony Adams, nothing more than a feeling, but I believe he's got real potential - played under Wenger (and adapted his game towards the end, always the sign of a good professional), wise enough to realise that learning overseas is a good string to add to his bow, and even his boozy past might be a plus in that it will give him some perspective on the important things in life (and perhaps limit the drinking of his players - I can't stand athlete's who drink excessively...)
