The press should be more responsible really. They know it was a joke but they turn it into a serious news story? Whats the point? For a couple of days everyone thinks Coppell has £200 million to spend and gets hysterical. Coppell then has to come out and set the record straight. The Press shouldn't cry wolf every time. It just means you can't believe anything you read in the press at all. They quote the words but they don't describe the context of those words and they spin the context into a different meaning. There really is no point buying newspapers. Every story is out of context. There is just no point buying anything in the written press anymore. Its all nonsense.
