Gash
Arsenal are bringing out a new home strip for next season - their third in three years! Arsenal are NOT bringing out a new home kit An away kit is on the cards, as the yellow one has been used for two seasons now, their is also rumours, with no real substance, that a third/european kit is on the cards! Ummm i think they ARE like..... http://shop.arsenal.com/arsenal/sub_dept.asp?dept_id=1067&maindept=1058&mscssid= Clearly shows it as 06/07 home kit And we are going into the 07/08 season.... that "New home shirt" relates to the new ones in production as the others were faulty! brummie
how the f*** have fulham gone from shitty unknown manufacturer to nike? oh, and the bayern munich one is a posh man's doncaster Because Fulham buy their kit through Nike's third party company, Just Sport Group. That's the same reason why Walsall et al can wear Nike kits too. The only clubs that Nike supply direct in the Premiership are Man United, Arsenal and, from next season, Villa. Incidentally, I believe JSG are based in Newcastle.

I'm willing to bet mate that Arsenal will have a new home strip for season 07/08. Faulty or not, that strip is clearly stated as 06/07. In July, the new strip will be out and you can dish out your humble pie

BlueStar
I think the confusion is coming from the probability they're going to have the same kit next season but without the logo to commemorate the new stadium that they had for the season just gone, hence shops running down their stock of the current run of kit and not ordering more until the new, logoless ones start production and people getting them impression from this that there's going to be a whole new kit. Shops arent running down their supplys they have returned them/should have as the kit is faulty, the "fly Emirates" logo on the front is coming off as soon as washed, the kit will be EXACTLY the same next season but with a non faulty fly emirates logo! Guest Toon Saint
I dont actually think that the St Mirren kit is better than ours, maybe because I dont like the looks of the collars and the player who is wearing the kit. Are these 2 any better than Ryan McCay? http://www.blackandwhitearmy.com/forums/index.php?act=Attach&type=post&id=11791

I think that new Villa sponsor looks class. I agree mate, I think the sponsor looks really good and the new badge doesnt look too bad on the shirt either IMO. The Villa one on the whole is excellent. Probably one of the nicest I've seen.
thewellander
I personally don't like the collars on the Nike shirts, but on the whole that Villa shirt does look pretty nice.

Probably one of the nicest I've seen. The Villa one isn't real, it is a mock up a supporter did then posted on one of our forums. The sponsor is the same sponsor as now, except with their new logo, although we'll probably be wearing the old logo as apparently the new one is hard to make out on telly. Our new shirts don't come out until July. The board have said they'll be "traditional" and we'll "like the away shirt very, very much indeed" which given the 25 year EC anniversary thing, I would imagine means white with a few claret pinstripes. Incidentally, imho that design posted above looks shite. Claret on the sleeves? No thanks. I'll have claret body, blue sleeves, thank you very much. ozzie1980
What I dont like nowadays is that there seems to be a set template for each manufacturer. Take a look at the AC Milan kit: <a href="http://tinypic.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://i10.tinypic.com/4mn6637.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a> More or less the same as our one. The first two adidas kits for us were specifically designed for nufc. The Grandad collar was back to the twenties with even the away strip being based on our very first kit in the 1890's. The following strip was based on the late sixties, early seventies. Nowadays, it’s the current adidas model with just the colours being changed.
