IF we are going to splash the cash, i mentioned Micah Richards the other day. We might have some unsettling to do though.

We've got more chance of signing Gary Neville tbh.

We always say this but i'm talking stupid money here. 20m ish

If were doing cheap i'd be tempted to have a look at Glen Johnson. Not without his flaws, but i think SA could make a player out of him, Redknapp got him to a decent standard again, its there, its just been lost a bit.

Lassana Diarra would be a decent shout, he can play at right back.

True. But Geremi "can play" right-back, Solano "can play" right-back, Taylor "can play" right-back. I'd sooner sign a permanent, established right-back rather than someone who can simply just play there.

My thoughts exactly, but I'd love Diarra here as well. Massive mates with Geremi, too, so it's not entirely unlikely if he doesn't go to Arsenal.

Beye would seem ideal, if we can get him here.

I'd think it'd be a case of Diarra or Faye though rather than both. Was also in the Le Havre academy at the same time as N'Zogbia so might help keep him settled as well.

Do you not think in that case we'd be looking at a right-sided midfielder, or attacking midfielder rather than another defensive-midfielder who can play full-back?
