We'll never agree on it, not a problem. At the time £10.80m was expensive for the league we were in (I believe the 3rd most expensive signing at the time?). I just don't think I rated him as much as you did. Incidentally, I didn't realise Hendrick was once a £10m player

And that's the point - if we spent £10m on him, got two good seasons out of him and then got rid of him, we'd all consider him an excellent signing. However, the last 3 years he's been rubbish, there's no way we can consider a £10m player in the championship amazing value for money when he's still here stinking up the place.

Worst thing about this takeover is the number of new posters we've had who sound like they're all from RTG

We have improved, but our two best players look a lot worse. We rely on Wilson and ASM to get us out of danger but neither look capable at the moment.

Weird how I go into a game expecting a mauling, get exactly that and still come away thoroughly depressed about it all. I know our season won’t be based on this match but it’s so disheartening constantly seeing how terrible we are.

His subs today have obviously just been about fitness management but they’ve ruined the shape of the team. Every single sub has made us worse.
