But when was the last time owen was a goal threat against a premiership side? :rolleyes: I'm not talking about Owen though; I'm talking about the fact that Oba isn't actually a goal threat. We need better than both Martins and Owen tbh. PS, Owen had a good goal against Man United disallowed, as well as missing a one on one. That's 2 goal threats only 2 games ago

Owen over Martins. Actually looks like a footballer. Martins just looks like some fast lad hoyed onto a pitch. Doesnt seem to have any clue as to what runs to make, where to position himself etc. Owen looks like some jockey thrown on the pitch, wondering where his saddle is for 90mins & roaming around aimlessly looking for his horse. Amazing how mixed the feelings are amongst the fans with both of these 2 players. Basically, they're both a bit shit.

We already have Darius Henderson who is like that! Totally off the topic, but does Sir Graham Taylor get seen at your matches much, GG? Not that I know of, not mentioned on GH, nor have I seen him from the little I can see of the East Stand. We all know when Elton's there (songs etc.) so I'd guess there'd be the same for Taylor, but I don't think he's there too often. May be wrong though. He's at Scunthorpe matches more often than not.

He was driven by money to leave Wigan. His departure from Spurs will be for the same reason. What does he do with his £45k a week at the moment?
