Silly boy. It'll be the worst decision of his career if he leaves - Rafa makes players, Pardew destroys them. Even with us in the Championship, it should be a no-brainer for him to stay

Where are all the English women......?

We'll be more effective against decent teams than we were against teams like Russia, Wales and Slovakia IMO. Lesser teams in this tournament don't come out and attack you, which leaves very little space and very few clear cut chances. They basically stick 11 men behind the ball and make themselves incredibly difficult to break down. As soon as we come up against a team with more belief in their own ability we should, in theory, see a better England performance. We've got plenty of pace and some good, technical players who should thrive with a bit more space. Either that or we'll go out with a whimper like we usually do.

Worst I've ever seen Rooney play I reckon.

I quite like John Hartson as a pundit. Surprised how good he is, I always assumed he was thick as fuck when I watched him play. Danny Murphy is alright as well.

Didn't Tino get arrested for waving a gun around in public?
-
I've said it before and i'll say it again - Andy Townsend. Fucking helmet
-
I'd bring Sturridge and Vardy on and take Kane off Yup, we need 12 men on then pitch here. That's allowed, right?
-
I'd bring Sturridge and Vardy on and take Kane off Kane's done nowt. This was all predictable. FYP

I'd bring Sturridge and Vardy on and take Kane off

If Milner comes on i'm turning this shit off and i'll be supporting Ireland for the remainder of the tournament.
-
Yep. If only England had an in-form wide player with great end product who always seems to perform well for the National side. Fucking moron

Most lower league strikers would finish a chance like that. This is a £49m Premier League footballer. Wouldn't mind if it was the first time but he is consistently terrible in front of goal.

Shit decision by Woy if true. Could easily come back to bite him

£80,000 a week off the wage bill and a 34 year old gutless liability finally out of the door. Absolute no brainer

This is a very strange feeling.

I'd wager that if Rafa had been given half of the so-called 'shit players' Carr has brought in, they'd have looked a lot less shit than they did under Pardew, Carver and McLaren. That said, the final yes/no on whether a player joins or not should always rest with the manager since he's the one (in theory) with the master plan and ultimately needs players who will fit into that. Hopefully from now on we'll see a more sensible approach that utilises a combination of Carr's contacts and Rafa's database, with Rafa having absolute final say over which players come through the door. I can't imagine Rafa would've signed on the dotted line if that wasn't the case.

The same things we've needed for the past 3 seasons funnily enough. We might actually get them this time though
-
Rafa loves a brown jacket like (definitely not a criticism, merely an observation)
-
Given what went on last season, you'd have to say Hatem is up there.
-
Rafa: how much will I have to spend? Fat Mike: however much you need Rafa? Rafa:.....is the correct answer Fat Mike, I'm in! Easy fucking peasy man.
-
Is Dr Death still at the club? Can imagine Rafa knows a few decent physios with low cholesterol that he might fancy bringing in

Souness, Allardyce, Gullit, Roeder, Kinnear, Pardew, Carver, McLaren - we have had to put up with some utter shit over the past 20 years. Is it any wonder we're all foaming at the cock at the thought of Rafa Benitez being our manager.
