I'm still not comfortable about us...but was pleasnatly surprised by Saturdays performance and attitude. (Shelvey being a massive plus) Villa are gone, Swansea seem to be hell bent on self destruction so for me it's between the filth, us, Norwich and maybe someone who has a last minute dip for the last slot. Can't see Bournemouth now as they have spent well and have a cracking manager and team ethic. Not out of the woods but I have to admit I am more confident than I was and 'amazed' at the 4 points we have picked up from the last 2 games.

I think he may well end up in the squad for the Euros. Would be nice to have a lad involved. That was a very competent debut. Delicious passes to set up the goals. Let's hope he keeps playing at this standard. For gods sake keep him away from our medical staff.

How long did it take you to see that Jack Colback was not a player suited to the PL/footbal or life in general? or that Des Hamilton was shit? It's nowt to do with time. You can see when a player is missing something,when that spark is lacking in either character , application or suitability to the standard he is playing in...... and I see nowt in him at all. Contrast him to Mitrovic . Young lad being asked to lead a forward line well before the time he should be.
