  1. yep 100 % My family lot...ugh are serious when they say NOTHING else matters except beating us...style of play, league position, manager owt. all they want from the football season is to beat us. Now don't get me wrong in an ideal world we trounce them home and away each year (actually in MY ideal world they are always in division below us : I hate derby days, always have. Even when we were in the ascendancy.) But imagine that being your only goal man!! Fuck me I would gladly lose to these inbred nutters and win a cup or finish top 3/4 in the league. Such an inferiority complex it's untrue...
  2. Now here is something that you could never expect to see/read or hear from our arch enemies. Balanced, nuanced and spot on. I hate these fuckers with a passion, some of my family support em . Northumberland born and bred but due to mining migration they support the mackems (grandparents moved collieries in the 40s/50s etc). But we can still recognise the parallels of lack of ambition, poor senior management etc.. Speak to them and it's vitriolic man. Pure obsessed vitriol. Well said STM. well said indeed. Praying we fucking destroy the cunts.
  3. Absolutely bang on. They have nothing but contempt for us really, would love to hear some of the private stuff said by 'the powers' within the game. Utter corporate sluts the lot of em. Money comes first, second and third. Game is coincidental to their 'package'. It might just have well as been fishing/angling to them.. All about the bung.
  4. Time to rid football of this lot. Scrap em all and start again..fining for booing!! LOL Should invade the pitch and piss on the logo imo...in fact take a dump on it. Champions fucking league...One of THE main reasons for the death of football. Fucking hate it.
  5. Cannot have them score first then just sit deep. we need to try and get them coming at us imo. They won't try and play through us like Norwich, but if we can draw them into attack then imo we can hit them on the break. Let's hope our finishing is as lethal. if we get 3/4 chances we need to be putting them away.

    Paul Dummett

Get this e mailed to the club. Christ on a bike if we can all fucking see it.... Add buying a big and commanding centre half in jan and the biggest deficiencies in the squad/team are on there way to being sorted.
  7. Gonna be long ball tastic from these fuckers isn't it. Hopes of hitting them on the counter but it won't be as easy as against Norwich who were still trying to play their way through us. Lascelles may be a shout, get some height in and around the penalty spot ready for the amazing tactics of dinosaur Sam. Ugh the thought of losing this again...
  8. Truth. This is why this '3 windows' stuff quoted doesn't ring true. you can easily rebuild a squad in 3 windows, nowt much wrong with that plan imo... but not if you are constantly selling your best players and 'assets' to buy as we undoubtedly will be.
  9. Has to demand the club addresses the frailness of our defence in January (if still here). We simply have to sign a centre half to replace Collocini, a proper left back and find a more solid and forward/positive thinking DM than we currently have (ideally selling/shooting Colback) Fair play for today (albeit against a very poor display by Norwich). The scoreline flattered by all accounts but fair play, never easy to score 6 lets be honest. Win next week and a doff of the hat is maybe, begrudgingly given.
  10. Nah he was 5th/6th in queue in all likelihood. Way behind Rooney, Sturridge, Kane, Welbeck imo. I would even have him behind Vardy personally. What a shame for the scousers though. not.
  11. Will lose this by odd goal imo. They are not a bad unit, if unspectacular. Decent manager too. 1-2 or 0-1 for me. Grim.
  12. I still think he's gone after we lose these next two. Just cannot see the fat one pissing around this time. Far too much lucre to be lost next season. Money will motivate Mike to act imo. Gonna be grim viewing for Schteve when he does look at the league table, suppose the pay off will cushion the blow though. Should be his last job in PL though. Can't see anyone stupid enough to look at him after failure here.
  13. Couldn't agree more. Hope he spills the lot on the horrible lot who are destroying our club. take em to the cleaners bonny lad.
  14. Supported Sunderland (when he was a kid), but that was quite common in Ashington at that time. Think much of it goes back to him not visiting his mother, Cissy as much when she was still alive. Bobby's wife is rather controlling, so I've heard. Jack is a brilliant bloke - met him a few times, as his son runs 'Charlton's' pub, at Cambois. Always has time to say hello to and have a quick word. Not been to Cambois for years since my aunt and uncle died who lived there. Is that the old converted farm building Big Geordie?
  15. The utter epitome of shite. Let's hope for a quick injury/mortal wounding
  16. Hate the owner. Hate what the club, a once proud and truly regional club, has become. Largely hate the PL and the 'modern era' of football. Hate SKY and the idiotic screaming moronic presenters, commentators and 'pundits'. Have little time for most of the players at our club, save for one or two they could all contract ebola and I would hardly raise an eyebrow. Still voted NO though. I have had the courage to stop going, to stop funding the murderous cunts killing our club..but wishing us down is not within me. If it happens, which I am virtually certain it will this season then meh. I want the mackems, Chelsea and the fucking scouse cnuts with that grinning media darling new manager of theirs down if I was to get my wish' list.
  17. He's a decent player no doubt but lets get real here mate. Might make the top 50, but top 10/11 is stretching it....even for a Man U fan.
  18. And we moan about FIFA corruption. The whole fucking game is wracked with it.
  19. Yeah all very fair and valid points. I know a lot of people who see defending as 'stopping football' or less of an art as an attacking display of a winger, AM or striker Personally thought I like to see the game in the round so to speak and love a good tackle (fnar fnar), or great positional play (shepherding an attacker away from goal etc), which I think we are kind of losing from the game a wee bit. As for the list of today's 'best' Messi and Ronaldo are well ahead of the rest of the best for me. These two will join the all time greatest list imo. not sure the likes of Zlatan et al will quite do that. You wanting Martial in there as well Froggy>>
  20. Fair point but it is a game of defence and attack (obviously save for the revolutionary approach of NUFC at the moment ; none of either). To watch a Beckenbaeur, Breitner, Baresi or Maldini perform at their highest levels of defensive brilliance always gave me as much joy as watching a Zidane or Platini ripping the arse out of a defence. Maybe we are lacking a lot of true great defenders in the world game now actually?...
  21. Always my biggest bug bear when it comes to daft lists like this. THE greatest player ever was Beckenbaeur imo, yet hardly gets a look in against lesser players like Cruyff etc...always biased towards the attackers. Lahm has been one of the greats of the past 5/10 years yet never gets a nod at all. attacking pffff....for pansies.
  22. This may be the Achilles heel for him over here imo. our press are fucking vitriolic and whilst a little bit of eccentricity is tolerated, especially if accompanied with losing (Holloway etc), I can see some being rubbed up the wrong way by his 'charm' and the knives coming out. Lad would be better suited at a top, top European league and side imo. He ain't going to be one of the boys over here and that may ratchet up the pressure....I hope not hat I'm bitter against the bin dippers mind.
  23. Potentially very good appointment, obviously. I'm not too convinced that this wont go tits up quite soon though. not quite sure how his unique and rather 'eccentric' ways will fare in the PL. By all accounts he is very different to anything we have seen before and the press over here don't tend to like different. Also the mentality of PL players. especially young British players is very different to that he will be used to working with. It's either going to be inspired, queue a wankfest of scouse love and trophies galore...ugh Or it's gonna be a short an bumpy affair imo Personally hoping for the latter obviously. I'm plumping for the this is a mistake myself, for him and them. (fingers crossed)
