Of course he has, he's the archetypal yes man. Who are you a yes man for when you manage England? Delmontes??
-
He's had around half an hour on the pitch all season. Aye a full half an hour....how many goals, how many assists, he hasn't won a game single handed in all that time.....and he hasnt tracked back once Creativity, pfffft who needs it.

Ugh. On that note I'm away to wash my eys with bleach...

Winnet Sports claim Glenn Hoddle linked with DOF role
George Bailey replied to Paully's topic in Football
IIRC we almost won it with an Ian Wright 'sitter' miss?? -
Just stick our logo on a referee's uniform. OMG, football is dead. This, this you get riled about...

yep agree. Most, if not all of the phone ins I have heard recycle this same tosh. Im sure it was Paddy Barclay (sp) on talkshite the other day spouting the 'no one else could do as well as he has' line. Followed by the 'his hands are tied by MA'.... Ignoring the fact that he is complicit with and an utterly willing bondage victim of the fat ones. Not sure why his stock is so high darn sarf?? Beggars beleif that journos cant see anyone else doing better than he has though...

I still think we will grab 8th actually You know what mate, when we were on course to finish 5th a lot of us were saying 'this is s***, it's not sustainable, we need to do things differently'. The next season we barely avoided relegation. When we were in that decent little spell before Christmas a few were lapping it up and spouting their usual s**** normally accompanied by a call to look at the league table. Some people can see further than just the current league position. We worry about the direction the club is going, the overall strategy (if there is one), the long term development of the club from the academy levels to the first team. If you're happy with what you see when you look at Newcastle United then all power to you. Spot on.

I still think we will grab 8th actually 10/10 for tenacious optimism.

Who on here would keep him if a new owner came in? Name and shame please... But you wouldn't want a new owner either would you?? Things are going well arent they? transfer policy (ha!) is working ok, Pardew got us 5th etc etc etc... After all we may end up like Leeds etc etc etc.... Or are you repsostioning yourself away from this Tollemarch loon??

Amazed by the levels of subservience by some. The fact that there are still people making excuses for both pardew and the regime beggars belief in all honesty. Either gullible to the extreme or masochistic tendenacies to the max is the only rationale explanation for some of the cringeworthy 'support' offered by some over the last page or two...

I wonder if that's why we've been banning them? Clear them out before Hoddle arrives. -

There is no leadership at the club at all, we are just drifting. Yep. Completley devoid of any urgency or positive attitude, which is a direct result of the atmosphere of mediocrity and complacence with merely surviving by the vile regime that plagues our club. -

I'd hope that you'd get more than 3000 there. Feeling oddly positive. 1-1 draw................ or narrow defeat. -
He has always been the sham, fake 'manager'. Amazed that some still can't see it. Utter abortion of an appointment from day one.

defo the Gouff for me. Been impressed with the lad, and the balance he gives the side. Think it was Ronaldo who maybe suggested a link between him missing and Santons exposure.... problem is I prefer Remy coming in from the left side too, rather than centrally. Mind its him every time centrally as opposed to our other 'option'.. I look forward to seeing what Remy and De Jong can do together...then again its back to who will be managing them and suddenly all hope evaporates.

Excellent news and mabve, just maybe a sign of MA having got the jitters at even the whiff of unrest building. Think many have suggeested the same, time to ramp up the pressure. No better time to attack as when you have just won a victory. Neil made the point, I think, that maybe the swelling dissatisfaction has had an effect here... I'm a firm believer that we have more power than we think. We may only represent 25% of income (or whatever Happy Face has demonstrated) but the fans of clubs are their very lifes blood. Despite the vast TV money, sponsorship etc...football cannot and would not exist without us. I hope all fans can take a bit of heart and courage from this. Talking to fans of other clubs, a lot of us are feeling ever marginalised by the owners and boards of teams and clubs we love. We are stronger than we think imo. Time to throw off the chains of oppression and get organised. ..............................Of course this is where he now appoints Wise

So who is the other loon

Perfect. That should go on a banner. Get it made! Unfurl it for those f***ers at Sky to gawp at... It sums up our plight in one perfect sentence. a couple of perfect sentences...for any pedants
