Well I lack a concrete example here, but it seems to happen often that the ref and linesman will make the correct decision but it's after in the studios that it'll be rehashed to death until someone comes out with the inevitable: "well the problem is that no one knows what the exact rule is". Which is just horseshit. Anyway, I've sidetracked this completely.
