I'd give my right arm to have Viduka back fit. I'd be 10 times more confident of staying up too.

It is desperate when the only way to improve the midfield is by playing 1 of 2 defenders who are past there sell by date. Faye's a midfielder as much as a defender. And that's pretty f****** harsh on him iyam. Geremi's a midfielder too fwiw. I was refering to Diatta & Cacapa as past there sell by date. As we have to play one of them to improve our midfield by moving Faye in there. Ah right sorry. Carry on.

You're having a laugh surely?

If there's one thing that we learned today it's that we need Faye at the back. We can't keep Butt in midfield. Faye can do nothing when the back four is under pressure for 90 minutes because a) he gives the ball away every time he gets it and b) he offers zero protection. If not Faye, Geremi needs to come in. And for fuck's sake, someone buy Emre some new bastard legs.

I hope this Diatta bloke is any good, get him in or get Cacapa in, we need big Faye in the centre of that midfield to give us some steel in there as well as someone who might be able to pass a fucking ball. Nicky Butt is a massive liability in every game.

To think people are fooled by a winger who runs into the corner, squats then gives the ball back to the centre half just because he "keeps the ball". Frightening. He doesn't keep the ball either, fwiw. Bloke's an absolute disgrace and has been from day one. When I think about the flack Laurent Robert used to get for generally being fucking brilliant compared to the leeway given to this arsehole, who should have been run out of town by now, it makes me want to weep.

£6m. Incredible. What's most incredible is everyone, well not quite everyone but he's ran off with his tail between his legs, knew Smith was a woefully inadequate footballer when we signed him. And we still spent that on him.

Relegation - will we or won't we? *NO FIXTURE LISTS PLEASE*

Oh aye so they do, sorry. Keep thinking Bolton are playing this weekend. -
We wouldn't be in this mess if we'd beaten Wigan, Reading, Derby, Derby again, sunderland and Man City at home. That's Allardyce's fault. We always said that losing those easy points would cost us big time after Christmas. Even 3 or 4 points from those games would have had our heads well above water.

Wigan are playing Bolton at home mate. I really hope Everton haven't been knocked too much by the midweek result. -
Very harsh mentioning Duff in the same sentence as those two, he hasnt set the world alight but hes been one of our most steady players since his return from injury. f*** off man. I'm sick of hearing this. One of these days the useless w****** will put a cross in. Nah he won't, I jest. He has been pretty steady and consistent in his form since he got back though, to be fair to Lenny. Consistenly awful I'll grant you.
-
What the fuck else would I do on a Saturday?
-
Incredible. ? That you can say that and continue to defend the worst "winger" we've had in the Premiership era. Bramble-esque. mate nobody thinks Duff is good player, and i dont continue to defend him Fair enough. Let you off then. Should have been in your list though.

That's been my worry for a while when looking at other team's fixtures. You were there for the taking at our place and we put in a shambolic effort. People seem to be forgetting results and performances like that while tripping over themselves to have a go at KK.
-
It's more the other results that are killing me right now, as we fucked our goal difference even further. Fulham (though they've got the easiest of the run-ins) are too far adrift imo. Reading were likely to drag themselves out of it once that first win came, which is exactly what we should do but the longer we wait, the harder it gets. Bolton and sunderland are the teams to look at. We need a big Everton win again tomorrow and anything but a Bolton win at the JJB. Boro will also slide in the coming weeks.

At the end of the day, nothing's changed. We still know what we have to do in our home games. Liverpool absolutely tanked West Ham in the week and recently were all over Inter Milan. They're up and down but still a great side.

Howay Smith kick someone ffs!
-
Oba. Fucking ace he is.
-
It was 1 on 3 tbf. Our other players don't bother with stuff like supporting an attacker.

Don't fucking come back Damien.
