  1. HTT, has ANYONE ever mentioned anything about Allardyce being a ex-mackem? You seem to be mentioning it a lot, but I've yet to see anyone mention it, other than a brief mention by .com, and they said "who cares?".

He's not like, he actually is just an irritating bag of wind. I can't listen to it anymore. Since Gates left, Bernie and whichever mackem they have on ("It's Nick! Nick Pickering here!" what a knob) just don't have enough to drown out Malcolm which means you hear his whining tedious cockney voice much more than you used to, which is a very very bad thing. One of the worst noises imaginable.
  3. Reasonably happy, I feel optimistic about this one, unlike the last two, which just had me hoping the departure would come sooner rather than later from day one. I don't like Allardyce as a person, I'll say that, but his fitness coaching is outstanding, he gets the best out of average players, he's excellent at working within a budget, his sides are well drilled, organised, know what they're supposed to be doing all the time, excel against the top sides, very strong at home. He is the very best we could get at this moment in time, which is a good or a bad thing depending on which way you look at it, but that's what he is. Ok he's a whinging twat and we don't yet know how he will operate with money to spend, but I'm pretty confident he won't piss it away and we're probably a bit strapped for the time being anyway. Glad he's got the transfer window to work with too and time to get to know the players, instead of walking in on September 3rd with a blindfold on and his hands tied. Chuffed.

Looked to me like he was dropped because we bought Duff to play in his place, for some reason. Then his attitude began to stink, and understandably so tbh. Well he could have got his head down and tried to make the position his by putting in a performance when he got the chance. At the end of the day he is young and if you can find a balance between giving a player a decent amount of chances without putting too much pressure on him then it will be beneficial for him and the club. The player has to have the right attitude though. By that logic Man U should have sold Ronaldo last summer, considering he wanted out. And Milner has played more than anyone this season, and he's flourished in it. So I'd say it benefits players to play more rather than 'protecting' them. Yes but Ronaldo's attitude wasnt poor for his club last season, he wanted to leave because of the goings on in the world cup, and this season he has had a good attitude. Neither was Charlie's. Ronaldo's would have been 'poor' this season if they'd bought a replacement and benched him.

That's absolute bollocks tbh. How did his attitude 'stink' at the end of last season that required us buying a (utterly shit) replacement?
  6. Thank Christ! Celebratory drink time.
  7. I could quite easily pick any of the above for various reasons.
  8. Bollocks. My Pro Evo team will suffer.
  9. I don't think that they'd dare not to clap all 4 sides of the ground. Mind you, might be best if Glenn, Baba, Albert and Charles head to the pub instead - and probably a different one to Wullie I'll happily buy Charles a drink tbh.
  10. I'll be in the pub.

    Solano leaving?

Says he fancies it at the end of next season.
  12. Currently 4 points less mediocre than your good selves, mind. Yeah but at least we're united in mediocrity.
  13. Have you always had the current badge, brummie?
  14. If Lee Clark can get one, jack fucking shit probably. Looks like even being able to write your own name is not necessary.
  15. Elaborate please? I could do with a laugh at their expense and the "Kaka 5-3 Cack" pun I just read will only last me for a few more chuckles
  16. Wasn't far off! Milan, you fucking beauties. Now come on Chelsea, lets turn this treble into a distinctly City-esque fuck all It's such a shame the last few results have gone the way they have really. I'd prefer Man Utd to win the title over Chelsea, but I'd have swapped that if Citeh were the ones with the chance to finish them off. Hope they don't seal it at Eastlands, the wankers don't deserve that (them I mean, not you ).
  17. Hope the wankers in the pubs here in NEWCASTLE are crying into their pints.
