Had Morelos to score and be sent off, the twat.

That's what I did today, sick of it winning. My SkyBet account is suspended for some reason, didn't send them my fucking driving licence or something.

This team is really turning into something special.

It does get used on every goal.

How important is "getting the right decision" when it impacts this much on the game itself, which has been so popular without needing it before now? You must agree that there's a line somewhere (unless you're in favour of doing away with on-field officials altogether and just having a referee with a camera make every single decision, with players waiting for a signal for each contentious throw in etc) and for me VAR crosses the line into overly intrusive.

It doesn't have to be like that though does it? Source: the last 120 years of football becoming by far the most popular sport in the world.

It's very different. The linesman is unlikely to flag for a possible throw in thirty seconds earlier.

One of the things I hate most about it.

Newcastle United 3-2 Everton - Sat 09/03/19 - 15:00 (No UK TV)

It was yesterday. -
Big increase in these incidents recently. As always, football acts as a microcosm of society and Britain's become a much uglier, nastier place over the last five years.

They’re not even showing a live game today. Showing the Real Madrid match defetred at half 10. They’ll be getting fuck all either way I guess but they’ll surely get a few more viewers with Real Sociedad-Sevilla at half 5 than showing the other game deferred Think it's because they've got a prior commitment to show the snooker. Was the same last weekend with the darts. They should have thought about this really.

I was at that game, midweek at Loftus Road, it was fucking great. Shearer brace and Robert after Lee Clark had scored for them, think they were two up after ten minutes. -

Palace game free on Sky One.

And it doesn't even hit his hand at first, it hits the top of his thigh and bounces up. Knew what he was doing clearly.
-
0:03-0:04 he fucking belts it at him from 4 yards.
-
That's the point isn't it? You're not watching it at full speed. Interestingly, the VAR rules very clearly state that when judging whether or not a handball is deliberate (rather than 'did it hit the hand at all?') it should only be viewed at full speed.
-
There's nothing about "unnatural position" in the rules at all.

I mean I'd understand if he was flailing with his arm like a maniac. But I'm not sure what else he can do other than run around with his arm stuck to his body. He’s jumped with his back towards the ball making himself bigger, seemingly not giving a f*** if it hit his arm. Defenders have hidden behind that for years, no hiding place now. What? So defender arnt allowed to attempt to block the ball with arguably the biggest part of there body? Of course they are but if it’s a handball then it’s a pen. What’s the difference between that and making an attempt to win the ball with a slide tackle but missing the ball? There's a huge difference ffs Why? When you make a tackle you’re making a genuine attempt to win the ball knowing if you miss, you’re conceding a penalty. If you’re jumping in the air to block a shot and you move your arms out and it stops an attempt on target, why should that not be a pen too? The vast majority of fouls aren’t deliberate. The rules don't say fouls have to be deliberate though.
