Perch playing right back? No wonder Wigan are struggling.

Shite opposition in the Europa tbf. Even we looked good. Actually no we didn't. We played some right shit and still bored the living fuck out of everyone.

City haven't been able to shake off the fact that they're a middling size provincial club who just happen to have been handed a load of cash.

He's foreign and therefore fair game.

Jamie Redknapp must put in some effort to be a complete cunt more consistently than his father. Fair play to him.
-
Wow well played, what did you say? What company?
-
Yep seen that and noticed it too. Kept waiting for my Cash Out to arrive at exactly that moment.

I'm just trying not to think about it. Thank fuck for an international break soon, week off from this cunt.

Pardew's natural mentality doesn't work for Derbies. You can't go in scared, sitting back and hoping to nick a goal by a bit of magic. You have to be confident, take the game to Sunderland and let our natural superiority do the rest. Nothing will change. They've said before that the preparation for derbies is John Carver showing them old DVDs. Last time, people said "WU NEEDED MOAR PASHUNN!", which I thought was complete bollocks, and actually the main problem. Anita and Santon both started charging round and kicking people from the first minute, which I've never seen them do before, making ridiculous tackles and ultimately giving away an early penalty. The mackems on the other hand did what we always used to - stayed calm, composed and passed it round us whilst we tried to kick shadows like Cattermole had in the 5-1. "Form goes out the window in derbies" is one of the most misguided cliches in football. The team with the underdog mentality loses derbies far more often than your average game.

Thankfully Real Madrid had already cost me £50 by not winning -1 or I'd be fucking foaming about that like.

ITV making out like Liverpool weren't just making up the numbers.

That should be red.

Just quoted that to my Everton mate in the office: "Who wrote that? Have they ever watched football? Have they not noticed your long ball, hoof it to Ameobi for the last five years?"

Why the fuck doesn't Gayle play instead of Chamakh anyway?

Palace's corners

Burnley, Leicester and qpr will have something to say about that. But aye, it's 3 of those 5 for me, Aye, I don't see Burnley or Leicester staying up, unless a managerial change gets something unexpected out of them like Palace last year.

That Cattermole bet is a good'un.

Fast paced front foot football.

He's just one of these for whom the club is infallible, who will defend anything anybody does if they have their name on a Newcastle United contract. Not worth talking to.

Seen a few Newcastle fans slagging off Villa's crowds. This attitude of 'our attendances are better than yours' has to change in English football if fans want any power back. It was fine when games were £2 on the gate but not now, supporters deserve to see something back from their money, some sort of accountability for poor performance. This attitude of turning up out of 'loyalty' is just giving people like Lerner and Ashley licence to take the piss. At a certain point around 1992, the relationship stopped being "club and supporters" and became "club and customers". We stopped being an integral part of the clubs, it became a business relationship, and that meant them treating us no different to the way M&S treat their shoppers. This whole thing was entirely of their making. if people don't turn up week in week out to watch a load of offensive shit, then that's a direct result of them changing the relationship, with all the enormous price inflation that meant. They can't have it both ways. Our lot do have it both ways, that's the problem.
