Fair play Alan! Bet he made the lad's day.

St Johnstone Cant believe they are begging for the likes of Khazri and Lens to stay Tommy Wright's lads. Good on them.

who are they playing today?

Chronicle are saying that we have opened new talks with Norwich, about Jacob Murphy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is anyone seriously surprised by these revelations? It's always about the bottom line with Ashley - Rafa will be gone soon, same as Keegan bailed out. We are a PL club, ran with a league 2 mentality (Rafa aside) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

NUFC 360 + NUFC Blog = lifting craic? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just who is running NUFC at the moment? Ashley denies he is always the last two know, Penfold is completely out of his depth and Rafa is looking increasingly side-lined. :-( Benitez will eventually walk and there will be yet another constructive dismissal case. Ashley is in real danger of losing all the goodwill he has clawed back, over the last year. Benitez won't stand for any shite! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

RIP Bradley = my sincerest condolences to his family.

I thought Man United had a shed load of debt? ::

RE Clarke Carlisle - he's now married to one of my best mates' cousin's - glad to say that he and she are doing well. She used to write a column for the Chron, about being a single lass.

Could Ashley be stupid enough to try and mug off Rafa, given all of the fuck ups he has over-seen during the last 10 years? I hope not. But if it does happen, it confirms that Ashley's contempt for the club and it's supporters is personal.

Aye - who is John Richardson?

Aren't Valencia in perpetual money trouble? Might be more willing to do a deal. Know nothing of this kid, mind!

Interesting - never a dull day at NUFC. Could be the difference between being mid-table and potentially being propelled into top 6 with right owner and signings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Awful news. RIP Cheick Tiote.

Because it would be shit. You either have to close shop by making it either top 3 are promoted, or 3rd and 4th have a play off, or you open it up for the play offs as it is now. I think finishing in the bottom 3 places in the Premier League should result in relegation no matter what, even though it could very well have kept us up twice. Heard loads of comments from the fans of the Sky elite clubs saying they should change the play offs somehow because today's match was boring. It may have been boring for us neutrals but was it boring for the clubs involved? Just because this years final was mostly boring it doesn't mean others arn't. This talk comes from fans of clubs who have nothing to talk about now that their own clubs season has finished and this is one of the last football matches they can enjoy for a couple of months and get irate about. It was tried in the late 80's. I remember Leeds and Charlton being involved in such a game. Don't think that format lasted beyond a couple of seasons.

They will be certs for relegation next season, but Wagner has done a terrific job on very limited resources. If they are wise next season, they can do a 'Burnley' and set the club up for years, even if they go back down straightaway.

Congrats to Huddersfield

Reading will bag a sneaky winner in the 2nd half. Remember, can't have enough Southern based teams in the PL!

Would take Mangala - experienced and at a good age. The poleish lad from Hull would be a good signing too.

2-0 Man United

I know it's been a tough few days for the city, but the wankfest over Man United on 5Live, really is something else.

Beren - I'd imagine the mackems couldn't afford to pay him off.

Step forward club legend 'Kevin Ball'. That's right - the man who mocks men who have suffered from cancer. Got no sympathy for Moyes - if the man had any dignity, he would have buggered off long before now.
