Awful performance, the 2nd half especially. Pardew blaming injuries yet again, but it highlights that what we have in reserve is too inexperienced or not good enough. We so badly need new bodies brought in, in January - but I'm not convinced Ashley will fork out. Pardew said he had no idea about Ben Arfa's injury (time out), but said that Cisse could play on Sunday. He looked very angry too.

Pressure is on Pardew if we lose today, surely? He was quick to take the plaudits last season. but the listless and half-arsed performances have become all too regular this season. Worrying times, IMO.
