Butt has always come over as a grounded fella. We've had to rely on him more than we should have this season, as he's clearly not the player he was. However his attitude remains spot on and if more of our lot had the same, then we wouldn't be in the position that we find ourselves in now.

I'd take Viana back, if he's available and we then play him in his correct position. Kid should have been a world-beater. And to think he was rated a better prospect than Cristiano Ronaldo. Take it Viana hasn't featured much this season at the Mestella?

Jonas is a good player, but has little end product. Perhaps he'd be more suited to a role as an attacking wing-back? Whether we go down or not - clubs will be wanting to sign the lad in the summer because of the impact that he has had here. Agree with the points about Owen - he needs a playmaker in midfield inorder to thrive. Another Wise masterstroke as to why that position has not been sourced so far. Duff is finished and hasn't justified anywhere near the wages he gets. Has little or no pace and refuses to go outside of the fullback, something which he was noted for at Blackburn and Chelsea. Has to leave in the summer, regardless of where we are. We have too many hasbeens at the club, who have bled it dry for too long. Time to ship them out.

It's the NotW, so should be taken with a slight pinch of salt. However, if there is truth in it, then the club will just de-franchise another large section of it's support. Any outsider would think the club is being purposely destroyed from within. To what end? F**k knows.

Like the rest - not confident here. I've got little confidence in the players (the 'experienced pros) and even less faith in the management setup. We are a mess and it's a great time for anyone to be playing us. Wenger will be rubbing his hands together.
