Whey, I would argue that it is. Suggesting someone has so little courage in their convictions that they can be so easily swayed is hardly posive now is it. Anyhoo, no bother, but I think that whether or not people were positive about beating Liverpool and the like, that still doesn't necessarily mean they had lost all their misgivings over Roeder or concerns about the club.
-
You think that that makes him look like a mong? A little unfair perhaps, personally I just find it kinda funny. As for my spelling, calm down fella, you'll do yourself a mischief if it causes such frustration. We are all human and just as Dyer can make a booby, sadly so can I.
-
Who? Name names if you are going to insult people.
-
Not for the first time. Why the hell Roeder doesn't give Edgar another game at left back instead is farking beyond me.
-
Had on. Are you saying a largely subdued and often disgruntled home support has a more positive effect on the team than the cracking loud and encouraging away support? You may well have a point, but be prepared to get that tin hat on sharpish.
-
There Glenn, fixed it for you.
-
Fuck 'em. Fuck 'em both. Trophy winning bastards.

Fine, we agree. He is not the only one deserving of criticism, but he does deserve to be criticised.

I'm sure you know that the manager decides whether they get in the team, are sold, or deserve a new contract. Just for starters those should be pretty good weapons in a managers arsenal to stop players resting on their laurels or 'pissing about'.
-
So what would a manager ever get the blame for then? Do you think the team and tactics chosen today enabled the players to play to their best? Is there really no value in team talks? Christ on a bike. Yes, the players did not do themselves justice, and must accept sme form of blame but, at the end of the day the responsbility for the performances and results lie with Roeder.
-
Utter tripe Skirge. The manager is always responsible for his sides performance. The starting XI and game plan stank to high heaven. It's not tripe at all, the fact is it's not just Roeder's fault, the players need to take their fair share of any blame that's going around. If you think they're entirely innocent of any blame for the position the club finds it in then you're simply deluding yourself. It doesn't matter whose fault it is ultimately. It is the managers responsibility that the best team are picked, the right decisions are made and we get results. I doubt any manager including Roeder wold disagree with that. EDIT: Bugger it, I keep repeating people. Damn my fat fingers.

What on earth do you thing the half time team talk is for?
-
I hate to say it, but Roeder can come across as a right fucking spanner sometimes. /often.
-
By there are some nutters in the match threads. Funny stuff.
-
Why not. Would be great to see.

There! There you go with that tongue again! I hope you trip on it in the same manner as you continue to stumble towards any semblance of an worthwhile arguement. If I comment to a friend how unacceptably dire I found the column in the Times to be this morning, would you class that as a 'reply'? I gravely suspect that you might. I and the rest of humanity however, would not. That's different example, with a different context though. If you respond to a post on a forum, quoting that post directly. It would count as a reply. That's taking the strict OED definition, rather than your's, of course. Why do you so passionately make demands on me? I referenced your post, but that is all. You are like a young man pining for attention claiming that the Prefects button that I placed on another boys breast was actually meant for your own. My commentary was aimed at others and at no point did I address you directly, and (by the sweet Gods of antiquity) if there was a button that laid my words open to everyones eyes but your own, for the trouble you have caused me I would have surely pressed it. This is a threaded forum, not a nested forum, and in the future I would advise you to bear that in mind.

Putting more thought and valuble time into interpreting your post, I have also been drawn to the possiblility that I think you might actually be referring to the process by which my words came to the screen. But you see, I did not press 'reply', I pressed the button labled 'quote', and susequently the form element labeled 'post' which submitted my missive to the remote machine. And so, even in the most abstract sense there was no 'reply'. I hope you can learn from this lesson and grow into at least a gentleman, for I fear that as a scholar you may have already missed the mark. Arf. A reply is a response to something said or written tbh. I think that before you butchered that dictionary definition, it was meant to read "To give an answer or response in speech or writing". In the truest sense, I did neither. I didn't have to look it up. Unlike you it would seem I simply cannot comprehend the audacity it must take to wave that tongue at me while you continue to revel face down in a barrel brimful of ignorance. Getting things wrong does not deserve a little dance just because you claim to have managed the feat without the use of a dictionary.

amazing logic Absolutely stunning logic if Gejon actually derived that from my post. I have no idea what went down and if it was repeated the outcome may be different, but again, in this case, Bellamy could be right along with Rafa and Gerrrard to point out that the Portugal trip seems to have drawn the team closer if anything.

Spot the absurd generalisation. If it doesn't apply to you, why reply? If it does, did it strike a nerve? I didn't reply, I was commenting on the ridiculous nature of your posts. A trait you clearly seem to be finding hard to shake. You did reply tbh. Didn't. I quoted you like in an essay or summut. FTW! I suggest you look up 'reply' Dear boy, I would suggest you do the same. Nowhere in my post did I address you directly. I spoke out to the world, anguished at the absurdity of your generalisation.

Nope, terrible attitude. Still, I can't help have a sneaking admiration for his drive and passion, and in this case he might be right. Whatever went on in Portugal has certainly not harmed the squad and maybe as he, Rafa and Gerrard have said, it has indeed helped them. /I doubt any amount of Bellamy's fire could have livened up last nights borefest though.
