Definately the fans fault this season.
-
Just as likely the negativity comes off the pitch into the stands. Seen some of that recently. Not see anything from the fans filtering to the players. Crowd have been more positive than the situation deserves.

Joelintons body has been on the wane for a couple of seasons now, and it's not going to get better. Such a shame as he's pushed himself beyond what he can cope with for the club, and is now paying for it. 2 years left in the summer, he won't get a new deal and I think in a year with more injuries we won't get a fee for him, unless he retires to Saudi. It's a shame you look at a player like him, who has been brilliant for us, a complete turnaround of a player and all he's done, and think we need to shift him because we can't have an asset devalue. Especially when you sign Elanga, Wissa and wolt in 1 window, and play none of them due to various reasons.

Most of them are Howe fans first, Newcastle second.

Just cannot believe he's thrown Hall under the bus after watching Gordon do whatever suits him all game all season long. Watch Tonali blow tepid and cold, CBs commiting football suicide, goalkeepers rush out and abandon sanity or stand like statues when shots come in. Wingers give the ball away constantly and seeing 2 fucking passes take out our entire midfield pretty much every single fucking game. But no, drop Hall and alude he's the issue we can't defend for shite. Fed up with this shit now. He's a busted flush and tarnishing his legacy every week that goes by.

* Poor results * Poor performances * Rigid formation * Shit, predictable subs * Poor in game management * Can't rotate a squad * Can't manage 2 games a week * Doesn't improve the backroom staff (echo chamber) * has no faith in youth players * Only one plan (A) * £120m worth of strikers on the bench * Two promoted teams now ahead * Relegation possible with 4 games to go * Picking his favourites, even when out of form * Multiple players wanting to leave * Throwing young players under the bus in public (who happens to be arguably our best player this season) * Double derby loss * 25 points lost from winning positions * Thinks 6 signings were too much when needing another 9 at least to fix the mess of last summer That's a lot of wrongs to right, and things to forget about to allow it to continue into next season.

Imagine throwing Hall under the bus to protect your shortcomings. He can get fucked with shit like that. Doubt the players will stand for it as they know how good the lad is.

2pts is as low as I can go for me to think he has a future here. If he can't muster 2pts from that lot, then he doesn't deserve to be here next season.
-
Should get 2 more points out of those 4 games. If he can't, it has to be time at the bar.

Can't believe Bournemouth paid only £12m for Kroupi. He's better than anything weve got, and still a teenager. Still though, there are no decent players at the £15m. Heard that on here all season long.

95% of voters will be other clubs.

Theyve spent £4bn on the golf and have nothing to show for it. They've spent £1bn on us and have a club worth £1bn. We're quite a sensible investment.

20 assists and 11 goals over 2 seasons for forest in the league. Incredible non return for us this season. Him and Wissa have short changed us massively. I do hold out hope for Elanga, probably misplaced though.
-
Absolutely not arsed if we sold Gordon & Tonali, but would prefer it to be outside of the league. Tonali especially. But the money is here, so it will be something I'll have to get over.
-
This is me. Proper yo yo. Either way I'll see the positives and the negatives should he go. That said, I'd be quite happy for the club to get him to sign a new deal, put to bed any doubt going into the summer. If they are serious about him, then this is the best move they could make.
-
I do remember wanting us to lose under Bruce. Think a few did Tbf.
-
Maddison would be our best creative player. Agreed his injury record is poor, but he's not past it. Far from it. He's their biggest loss in a long list of injured players.
-
Ugarte isn't that bad, think he'll be a good player for someone away from manure. Don't like the idea of him coming here and Tonali the other way though, even if it was £60m in our favour.
-
I've got wham going down on 40pts. Spuds on 42. Us on 44, with draws to Fulham and wham. Leeds & Forest on 43, we finish 14th.
-
If they go down, would you take anyone from their team? I do wonder how much Maddison would go for considering his age and injury. Be worth a punt under £20m.
-
Fair. He needs to get that swing before the season ends (think it was yorkie or Decky who said similar) as taking some momentum into the summer will make all the difference to the confidence of the players (and him) the fans ease at whsts to come, but actually could sway the board on whether he stays or not. No wins and just scraping safety, then no one can complain if he time here is done. Im 50/50 on him staying, it would be sad to see him go (heart) but it's probably the right decision (head) for everyone involved. Managers have a shelf life apart from the very best, even then, circumstances have to be exceptional as well. Yesterday had some unexpected sparks for me. Beat Brighton and we can look positively towards the remaining games. But he needs to state right now to the players who want away, your time here is done. You won't get a send off (tripps the exception) and no game time before the WC.

Wonder which weak as piss argument times out 1st; us selling isak or isak not having a pre season.
