I wonder if 30k trying to secure 1k of tickets changed their plans for the ground at all. Whether it speeds things up, puts it's ahead of other priorities or maybe change the decision of moving. We'd fill OT next season, going forward with some success the numbers would be off the charts.

So far we've shown we won't have clubs take the piss on price (Sevilla), players take the piss on wages (Lingard), and agents take the piss on fees (Ekitike). We have though made great offers across the board and not slumping, so able to go head to head and win against the like of Milan. Long may it continue. Only real blip is Wood. Though he shouldn't have been than bad last season, he's better than that.

Even with 8 new players over the next 2 seasons top 4 seems unrealistic. These teams have been competing for it for years. Have everyting in place and will also be improving year in, year out. If we get top 4 in the next 3-4 years we will have had some extreme luck, a couple of the T6 dying on their are and land some huge targets.

You know for a fact any mackems down there at Glastonbury were pretending to be Geordies whenever anyone hear their voice and saying Sam Fender is a North East legend. When back home they'll tell everyone didn't even go watch his set and heard it was the worst performance of the festival.
