Thought they sent him back for being a cunt?

Could be scouse mackem vs original gansta mackems next season. Complete mackfest
-
You could have just said, yeah I went bit a low after being conditioned by ashley for years and I'd have agreed with you in full. However you double downed, moved the target and blamed others interpretation. Anyway. An Adjusted goalpost later, I do agree with you and your sentiment.

Back up your bullshit with more bullshit. Fooling no one.
-
Back to school on Monday?
-
£200k isn't £120k though. That's his follow up when he realised he was talking shit.
-
Gleefully obtuse and ferocious with it.
-
Same, but easier to say 4 home wins. Also Southampton are still in the bad books with me for the 'can't play players signed in re-schedules' shite.
-
No one wants Coutinho, the one person who said his name also followed up with its hugely unrealistic. Most have said quality and expecting 3-5 £100-150k players and you came steaming in stating: Forget about players that would be on anywhere over 120k a week. Some macktracking which RTG would be impressed with.
-
You're moving goalposts as you know you're wrong. You said: Forget about players that would be on anywhere over 120k a week. Now its £200k+

It's up to the current players to show they are worth the same. We have players on peanuts and some already on £100k+. You think Longstaff is going to demand Bruno's wages? We have loads of players not far off the money you are talking. Bruno, Wilson, Wood, ASM, Almiron, Trippier, Joelinton, Fraser & Shelvey (Jonjo may have took a paycut when he re-signed) are all on £70k+. You think they are going to get upset if we bring in a proven 30 goals a season striker or a 20+ winger and they get £120-150k and demand the same or they'll leave? I suppose it makes it easy to remove those who think they are better than they are. We're not under paying anyone in our squad, in fact most have been overpaid for years. Players only get upset when you bring in someone equal to them and they get paid so much more. You're much more likely to upset players bringing in a Hendricks on £50kpw, simply getting it as he's on a free yet the players at the same level as him are on a third of that. That's when you disrupt the balance & harmony. Pay for quality, no one cares as the team moves forward, wins more games and the players all around improve, or allow a few greedy twats hold back the squad because they think they are better than they are. If so, Howe has got it wrong and its not the characters he believes he has.
-
Think its the other way round. We've room and new deals (within reason that don't exist at all right now) will cover an increase. We have so many players on £50k or so who add nothing. We shift a few off the books and we open up even more room. We'll be after £100-150kpw players, it's what you pay now for quality and that is what matters to us to move forward.

Ideal world stuff. I think there are few decent free players (Kamara, Eriksen, Tarkowski, Grillitsch, Lingard, Belotti & Denayer) they'll go for as well. I'd expect a couple of them landing here. I see the fees for Abrahams (£50m) and Osimhen (£67m) have been set, along with Nunez (£67m) there are a few top strikers up for grabs. We're out of the running for Nunez, but Abrahams at £50m is the one i'd go for.
-
Started well at Villa but doesn't look interested again. Might be he's got something else lined up, but at 30, on £300k+ pw, i'd hope we'd get 3 players in for that who'll make more of a difference now, and in a few years.
-
4 PL home wins today please.
-
Should probably cut out the middle man and report him straight to Dark Justice.
-
Also so many points dropped or stolen from us (Norwich, Brentford, Everton, Chelsea, Watford & Manu) Probably 10pts there we should have had and still surrendered a 3rd of the season.
-
If only he was a little bit better. It's a shame as he loves the club and did some good stuff when no one expected it, but for where we are supposedly going he's not at the level needed.
-
Of course it is, but it's just like saying Bruno could be the best footballer in the world. It's absolutely possible should all the stars align, however its the fact we dare be able to say it and dream, instead of being stuck with Steve Bruce or Jeff Hendricks knowing you'll be lucky to survive the season. I'm all for the hope.

Brilliant read. Thank you for taking the time out. Think it's a bit tight merging it with the Howe thread as it's a great standalone read. Probably one of the better things posted on here in years.
-
Regardless if they stay up or go down, Everton need to refresh their squad and that will only happen by selling their best players. The only difference being what they get for them if they do go down. Richarlison & DCL will be playing for different clubs next season. I reckon Pickford and a few others will also be on the move. Either way, its over for Everton at being the best of the rest and giving the top 6 something to think about. Mid table beckons for a few years while they repair.

"But dad, the chicken is really dry" "Put water on it like the rest of us, you mag cunt"
-
Imagine them going to Toby carvery getting their food and having to say no to gravy just so they don't appear mag like.

£250m should help with FFP.
