Pep leaves in 2023. He should bring it forward a year and actually earn the best manager in the world tag by bringing the club back to life and top of the elite. Got some good younguns coming through, its not an impossible task if everyone is pulling in the same direction.

He's got nothing to lose apart from time. It's all an experience for him and it really doesn't get much tougher than it has been. A world apart from the footballing world he's used to and that's got to be a good thing for his development as a manager. I'm not really a fan of his and think he can't help but get himself in to situations in his public life but I do currently respect him sticking at it and it would make a great story if he turns it round or brings them back up next season.

Free SD advertising is only 50% beneficial to MA whereas SD paying is 100% as it's all his.

I've never understood why Ashley didn't milk SD for NUFCs benefit. He owns 50% of SD and 100% of the club. Why not get SD pay out of the nose for advertising pumping daft money in to the club. SD has become a monster during its time with us. You could easily suggest we've raised their profile and it's money well spent.
