Not a fan of changing formation in the dying minutes to hold a lead. Rarely works out. Sets doubt in the players minds, which when you are as mentally weak as this lot are ends up costing you wins. Don't mind bringing a more defensivly minded player in mid, or fresh legs, but extra cb is out of the Steve Bruce book of game management, especially when you sacrifice the wrong player. Everyone laughs when a manager hoys on all his attackers in a desperate attempt at a point, same goes the other way for me.
