If the papers are correct and he's to be appointed early next year, then manure have met the buyout fee of his contract, so nothing we can do. He's got 2 big issues. 1 he's a cunt. 2 he can't be trusted buying players. The latter is out of his scope, so all he has to do is not act the cunt and he could be a decent appointment. Phillips would be class. In his position we'd struggle to capture a better player. I think his time at citeh wil have humbled him and made him determined.
