However years of regression in the form of injuries, coaching, form, attitude, failure, confidence and instability has turned quite a few of them into damaged goods and lost causes. I agree with that, tbh. The likes of Duff, Owen, Butt, Carr are all ruined now. Typically, we make players worse so I don't expect many to get better. Milner will turn shit. Martins, too, probably. Just make it impossible for him to ever play in midfield. Put ina clause or something. He's not much cop up front, but he's fucking atrocious in midfield.

I'm not sure there's a player I've ever hated more than Smith. He's utterly, utterly fucking useless. He's one of the few players who you can play and we're actually worse than we'd be with 10 men.
