Commentators calling the fans numpties lol

Bristol score again. Fantastic free kick.
-
It's constant corners for rovers at the moment. So many chances for Bristol. They could be past 7 by now.
-
Anderson does look good. Come on Barrow.. come on Bristol.
-
And that's all folks..
-
Been impressed with the Burnley crowd the last couple of games.
-
They only have two games after this. Liverpool at home and Leicester away. I think they finish on 40 points. Seems a tall task for Everton to pick up 8 points and both Leeds and Burnley to pick up 6 but not impossible. Leeds likely need 7 given their goal difference.

Manchester City vs. Newcastle United - 8/5/22 @ 4:30pm (Sky Sports)

Liverpool fans thinking... "vulnerable Man City.. Newcastle might do us a favour here." The reality... Newcastle fans hoping Man City don't set a new record win in anger from the midweek result. -
37 appearances and 11 goals wasn't bad first time round for Fulham imo. Last time around not so great tbf Likewise 9 in 34 wasn't fantastic for us but also not a disaster, its better than Wood this season. I was sad to see him go tbh.
-
It was more he didn't click with Rafa than not being good enough for the PL imo. Fulham offered him and exit and he just stuck there. Will be interesting to see if he adjusts back up but I think he would have been fine contributing for us. He never recovered from that Red. Rafa simply didn't trust him.

Newcastle United Women 4-0 Alnwick Town (01/05/2022)

https://www.nufc.co.uk/matches/nuw-matches/2021-22/newcastle-united-women-v-alnwick-town-ladies-sjp/ 7 minute Highlights. Good stuff. The impact of seeing the pathways are open for women and there is something to aspire to for those girls watching in Newcastle shirts cant be understated. Not least that it was well supported. NUWFC has some really young players too which makes it that much more relevant and relatable. Huge moment in the history of the club and women's football in the NE. -

Looking forward to seeing the highlights. Given it was peanuts to attend but the exposure and experience was paramount here. So excited to see this evolve! -

Pure belting news to wake up to! Amazing turn out and what an experience for all those connected with both clubs! Been smaller prem attendances than that this year! -
If Everton are to survive, Leeds going down would be a consolation. Would try and snap up Phillips and Raphina straight away. Some quality assets to strip there!

Pretty this will not be.. from a NUFC perspective at least. -
If we are putting it in our own net to send Everton or Leeds down it can only be Wood doing it.

Chelsea are so inconsistent these days in matches like this. Much like Arsenal and spurs. Could see Everton winning tmrw. Would be surprised if Burnley get 4 points. Still think Everton will pick up at least 6. Leeds ? Everton remaining fixtures: Chelsea (h) Leicester (a) Watford (a) Brentford (h) Palace (h) Arsenal (a) Burnley: Villa (h) Spurs (a) Villa (a) Newcastle (h) Leeds: Arsenal (a) Chelsea (h) Brighton (h) Brentford (a)

Was just going to say.. Can't believe Leeds are where they are in the league.
-
What a crazy turn around day for Forest, Palace and Burnley. Love it. Watford fans must be full of fewm. I'd be absolutely gutted throwing that away. They will be relegated by the time they play Everton.. question is whether that plays to Evertons advantage or that mental relief means they play better.
-
Already looking in retrospect.. we have pretty much all viewed this game through a 2022 Howe's Newcastle lens and the raised expectation that has brought. Imagine how this game would have gone under Bruce. The result would have been a huge win lol

Liverpool didn't break a sweat and managed the game extremely well. We were never a threat and were only as competitive as they let us. Good defending on their part with the offsides but our players need racking over coals. Horrific offside naivety. Hopefully we look back at this fixture this time last year as a night and day comparison to how we have improved. They are in a different league to us at the moment. We knew that but I think we still hoped for a little bit better today. Scoreline flattered in the end.
-
Absolutely woeful today. Players should be fined for straying offside.
