Posing for the cameras? Who wears short shorts.... trainten1004

Prefer Dunk tbh, ton of potential. Certainly don't think he is ready to walk straight into our side though. Mariappa will give us something different, no idea if that will be a good or bad thing though. Much more experienced than Dunk and slightly less of a liability in the very short term.

Wow this trial isn't done already, thought it would just be a question of walking in and saggy cracking a joke, then the judge saying awwww you... Your a naughty tyke, go on be on your way and don't do it again. Mandarin your getting life. Guess they have to make it look realistic, probably playing ps3 behind closed doors.

He switched formations to counter fulham several times yesterday in the second half. Didn't pay off though. Easy to overlook players just hvinv a shitter too. Agree with the points made about his managerial style though. Hard to accurately counter tactics on the spot, especially stopping momentum that fulham had, especially as no one could have predicted it. Do dislike his hesitancy for substitutions, but we have certainly had worse on that managerial front too.

Pardew is not in a charitable mood this evening. Shame the rest of the team were.
-
I'd take Taiwo, think Cissokho is more likely of the two and we wont sign the latter unless they take our initial more than likely low ball bid.
-
Cissokho, Dunk/Mbiwa and Morrison. Fuck it through Hoilett in there too. Then I will take a month off to clean up the spunk covered house and surrounding area.

f*** me, would be f***ing floored if we got anything more than 3/4m for Best. Don't see him being sold though, maybe in the summer. Cisse signing is actually well timed. I originally, like most wanted us to get someone in to cover Ba going to ACN, however his signing will work: a) By boosting morale around the club b) Give the likes of Best and Shola more incentive to play out of their skin to keep their place in the team. c) Tiote, Ba and Cisse will be like 3 new signings when they return. Hopefully 4 with the return of Marveaux not far after. Agree with whomever was talking about getting a youngun in over the summer. Be happy with Lovenkrands and Ranger out. Cisse, Ba, Best, New Youngster, Shola (never EEEEEVER going to leave) Oh and Lord Prior of course.

More inclined to think this, at 23 he is likely to be in the first team/reserve pool. If we kept him longer it's so Pardew gets a better look. still strange we wouldn't play him. Time will tell.
-
Would prefer Dunk, just so he is missing if we get them in the FA Cup. Worrying reports about Benalouane, but I trust the transfer team if we actually are in for him.
-
Think if we were in for cissokho he would be an "early summer" transfer. Still think we will pick up a young cb. More likely to be a cheaper option like dunk than Yanga-Mbiwa or Vertonghen if we spend a bunch on cissokho. Early summer signing or not I don't think we will spend a lot this window.

We are a top class LB/RB, CB, RW and striker away from matching most teams on "our day" IMO. Far behind on quality squad depth too. Would be chuffed with a striker and fullback this window, could do with another CB too which is the most likely addition.
-
Yup, and the worst part is that we are only 1-2 players away from challenging the top 4 so our lack of ambition is really depressing. Try 6-8

Don't know whats really up here but counting on two things. He won't end up here and dirty Harry will come out with some quotes of admiration about the player over the next two days. Actually the later is unlikely seeing as saggy flaps is only interested in unsettling players that aren't already leaving their club.
-
This one is a non starter IMO. Sounds like the Lyon president is trying to flush out interest. If we were in for him we would have him over here already, don't normally see much in the press until we almost have them in the bag these days, which is a credit to our transfer team. Alternatively, our original offer still stands and we aren't budging, which is way below what they want for him. Could see us being their last resort, santons form and raylor surviving at LB puts us in the driving seat if they want to get rid.

Ruiter Clyne Yanga-Mbiwa Vertonghen Cissokho Hoilett Corgnet Wanyama Shakiri De Jong Erding Bench: Zaha, Morrison, De Jong, Samba, Butterfield No keeper on the bench is a bit risky mind.

He is going nowhere. Not a chance. Think we will offer him a new contract and he will accept.
